Every metal part of this large steel bagging plant has been galvanised with ZINGA galvanising.

Project Description

This cement plant that is property of the Dangote Group has been treated with ZINGA. The high quality solution that ZINGA is, has been chosen after the new plant (without ZINGA) started corroding after only 3 years.

Before it was decided to use ZINGA, it was applied on several critical areas and after a test period of 1 year (ending in 2007) the ‘go ahead’ for the complete zinganisation was given.

Every metal part of the plant has been treated with ZINGA.

The application was finished begin 2009
